Is CALAWO product suitable for all sports activities?

Absolutely yes, all our product designed with sports material. Even with the maximum movement or long term sports activities, it still can remain comfortable.

Can i make an exchange after purchase?

Sure, within 14 days after purchase you able to do the exchange process and must comply with exchange policy. Please contact our team at 0189644064. 

Refer below exchange policy :

1.  Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition.

2. The company will not be responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

3. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges. SM RM7, SS RM15 and for Labuan RM18, put the cash in the return parcel.

4. Exchange is only allowed for the same item.

How to track after my payment done?

If you received the tracking number by email (Check your inbox/spam folder), it means your order was sent to the final stage of processing before being shipped out. Tracking number can be check at :

When is the delivery?

Delivery will take up to 1 – 3 working days from the order date. Once the operation process is completed, you will received the tracking via email.
