Shipping fee?
All order have shipping fee. Shipping costs depend on your location.

 

Shipping overseas?
Yes, but for countries that are not on the shipping list, please private message (pm) us first to confirm the best shipping rate before make an order.

 

When is the delivery?
Delivery will take up to 1 – 3 working days within Malaysia and 3 - 7 working days for Singapore from the order date. Once the operation process is completed, you will received the tracking via email. Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that we experience high volume of orders during our sale periods and this often results in delays in delivery – we apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

 

How to track after my payment done?
If you received the tracking number by email (Check your inbox/spam folder), it means your order was sent to the final stage of processing before being shipped out.
